b. Yellow is for reception-secretarial staff.
c. Red is for all other staff (e.g. housekeeping, maintenance).
Physical files are kept under lock and key. Electronic files are kept via the platform (datedechoix). Only green and yellow clinic staff have access. Only green level staff have access to the clinical information contained in the file. The yellow level has access to numerical information (surname, first name, gender, reference, address, e-mail and telephone) for opening or modifying this data, as well as to the schedule and administrative data of the sites. The red level has no access to customer data.
Website
Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Our website uses the HTTPS security protocol (SSL security certificate). Your data may be stored via data warehousing, databases and general applications of wix.com and its partner. Wix.com stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
Electronic data
Clinique d'Ostéopathie Benoit Champagne uses business partners who use your data.
